4 - Great Tenant-Management Communication:  You are guaranteed to speak with the same person everytime you call, email, fax, or even TEXT. 

5 - Private Showings:  We set up individual showing times for groups of any size.  We can arrange showings 7 days a week. (Based on availability and accessibility)

6 - See and Pick Which Unit You Will Live In:  Some companies in town show you one unit or a sample unit, then assign you a different unit when it is time to sign the lease.  JTS Properties shows you exactly which units are available; then lets you pick the unit you liked best so there are no surprises upon moving in!
