What Makes JTS Properties Different from the Rest???

1 - Early Move-In:  Our move-in day is August 18th.  Don't get stuck homeless while having to be back in town for your sorority/fraternity obligations!!

2 - Amenities:  Our residences have the best amenities in town.  Flat screen tvs, kegerators, granite, stainless steel appliances, wood floors, roof top hot tubs, and more!!

3-The Bar Card:  All of our tenants receive their very own VIP access card.  Our tenants get to jump to the front of the line every night at Clybourne, Red Lion, and Firehaus with one friend!

4 - All Inclusive Package:  We offer an all-inclusive rent, which includes: Power, Water, Cable, Internet, and PARKING!  No one likes trying to keep track of the power bills, water bills, or the cable bills.  With the all-inclusive package, all you need to pay is rent.  We take care of the rest!!

5 - Great Tenant-Management Communication:  You are guaranteed to speak with the same person everytime you call, email, fax, or even TEXT. 

6 - Private Showings:  We set up individual showing times for groups of any size.  We can arrange showings 6 days a week. (Based on availability and accessibility)

7 - See and Pick Which Unit You Will Live In:  Some companies in town show you one unit or a sample unit, then assign you a different unit when it is time to sign the lease.  JTS Properties shows you exactly which units are available; then lets you pick the unit you liked best so there are no surprises upon moving in!
